As we approach the end of 2015, I am re-posting the TEN most popular posts during the year:

Michael Bell Sr. (center) and his family stand near one of the billboards they bought in a campaign to bring awareness to internal police investigations. Bell's son was shot and killed by police in Kenosha, Wis.
Michael Bell’s son was shot and killed by police in Kenosha, Wis. Bell’s collective action using the money he won in a civil action led to the passing of a new law in Wisconsin which required the outside investigation of police shootings.

  1. I can’t think of one single reason why anyone should trust police to investigate themselves but a hole lot of reasons why we shouldn’t allow them to do so

    #1: Conflict of Interest
#2: Personal, Political & Police Liabilities
#3: Damage to their image & reputation
#4: Lose the confidence of the public
#5: So, its Better to lie about it all

Like I said I can’t think of one reason why Police should be allowed to investigate themselves, destroy evidence & obstruct Justice.

Except to cover up the matter
