COMPSTAT — COMPuter STATistics: a management philosophy and organizational management tool for police.
“Exposing police misconduct can be risky, even for a cop. ‘Crime By The Numbers,’ a short documentary directed by Don Argott for FiveThirtyEight and ESPN Films’ Signals series, tells the story of Adrian Schoolcraft. Schoolcraft, as a New York Police Department officer, blew the whistle on the NYPD’s abuse and misuse of CompStat, a system to track crime trends in New York City.
But in trying to fix the injustices of New York’s policing system, Schoolcraft experienced that injustice personally.
I served over 20 years as the chief of police in Madison (WI), four years as chief of the Burnsville (MN) Police Department, and before that as a police officer in Edina (MN) and the City of Minneapolis. I hold graduate degrees from the University of Minnesota and Edgewood College in Madison. I have written many articles over my years as a police leader. After retiring from the police department, I answered a call to ministry, attended seminary, and was ordained as a priest in the Episcopal Church. After 25 years leading two Episcopal Churches in Portage and North Lake, Wisconsin, I now serve as Associate Pastor in a growing, dynamic, and Spirit-filled Lutheran congregation in nearby Mazomanie.

Could not have said it better myself; “In our age there is no such thing as ‘keeping out of politics.’ All issues are political issues, and politics itself is a mass of lies, evasions, folly, hatred and schizophrenia” — George Orwell.
How serious can anyone take the justice systems from the top down when the Mafia and the upper class criminals are exempt from those laws.
There was a time when Gambling was illegal and so were many other VICES in our country but since the Mob has moved into out political circles it seems that what destroyed people and families no longer matters to out political leaders but how much money will this make.
If you are talking about upper class criminals, you need to include wealthy people and corporations since they have been destroying the various countries’ economics for the last 35 years and back in 1929.
